Auto Teeth Chamfering Grinding Machine for Circular Saw Blade

Feature

• Designed for chamfering various teeth type at a time, such as AW, BW, C, A, B, and DIN 1840 Type.
• Touch-sensing screen provides easy operation and adjustment and fast accomplishment.
• Motion cycle time can be adjusted as desired. The grinding wheel head is driven by a servo motor, which permits fast swing positioning rightward and leftward for chamfering teeth.
• Manual grinding wheel dresser permits easy adjustment of relief angle. Automatic stop when motion finished. Easy to maintain.
• The spindle motor is controlled by a frequency converter, providing speed range 3,000-7,000 rpm. This machine is suitable for chamfering teeth on H.S.S and T.C.T. circular saw blade.
